I am looking to set up WM as a stand-alone tool. It will not use Cacti as data source, but Graphite. I have used WM a lot as Cacti plugin too.
My question is: Should I look for the 1.0 version (not released yet) or the current Cacti compatible versions?
I would stick with 0.98a. There’s no particular benefit to the current dev version for you, especially the master branch. Current work is going on in the cacti-split branch to get ready for a version that can be partly maintained by the cacti team, but again, not really much use to you.
